HOW TO USE CHURCHSUITE
ChurchSuite is an app that lets you engage with Community Church Tadley. It runs events, mailing lists, rotas, contact information and all sorts of important features which help everyone to be included within the church.
If you have a ChurchSuite account, we’d recommend you click here and log in. Note we are a part of Community Churches Connected (was “Basingstoke Community Churches”), so this link will get you to the right page if you are already registered.
Whilst you can log in on the Web, which is best for a PC or Mac, if you prefer to use a Mobile Phone you can download ChurchSuite using one of these two links: App Store or Google Play. Or search from your mobile phone for ChurchSuite.
If you have joined Community Church Tadley and would like to sign up, Contact Us and we will email you an invitation to join our ChurchSuite.
When you log in to ChurchSuite you will need to select a church. Type “Basingstoke Community Churches” into the search bar and our name should appear. Click on our name to access your account.
Once you have logged in, you can set your communications information. Note that even if you set your contact details as ‘public’ it will only be to those within the Church, not the general public. If you set your settings too privately, then it may be that you won’t be able to be contacted through ChurchSuite.
In your account, you can see upcoming events, groups and rotas. Select ‘My Events’ from the menu to access the church calendar and scroll through to see what’s happening in advance. Choose Address Book to look up other Church members and connect.
If you have lost your password, please click here to visit ChurchSuite, choose ‘My ChurchSuite’ and follow the ‘Reset Password’ prompts.
Church Suite is fully encrypted, and every church has its own secure area. So only people within our group of churches will be able to access your information, and only the information you want to make public. Church Suite is also fully GDPR compliant, so you are in full control of your personal information and can, at any time, make it more secure if you choose to do so.
