Kids on Sunday

We have a Crèche area at the back of the hall for parents/guardians of babies and pre-school children 0 – 4, every week. We also have an activity table for older children on weeks we don’t run groups.

We run Childrens groups on the 1^st and 3rd Sunday of each month for primary age children from Reception to year 6, either in the Beavers Room, Café area or The Point.

The children stay in at the start of the main service to participate in whole church worship, then go out between 11 – 11:15 until the end of the service to have fun together, learn in various ways about who God is, what a relationship with God means for them personally and how they can in turn impact the community around them with God’s love. 

Our Childrens Church is staffed by volunteers, with the Leaders being DBS-checked, and are checked in and out each time. They are aware of the importance of the children’s safety while in their care. They share a love for the children and a desire to draw them on in their Christian walk.
